Nicolas Cooley: If they aren't floating they send in specialized dive teams for body recovery
Lewis Ranft: Either by scuba diving or dragging the body of water.
Logan Bero: scuba gear
Krystal Cordovano: Sometimes they wash up onto shore. I am not exactly sure what you mean.
Rose Krouse: Sometimes the sharks eat them.
Elvie Drumgoole: In a body of water, bodies that decompose release gases which will make them float. They might just wash up and so the currents and tides are analyzed. Then they might have divers go and search underwater or if the water is not large, they will drain it. They also have dogs who can smell cadavers underwater.
Fritz Hawkey: If you mean shortly after someone drowns, working the surface from a boat, divers, and sometimes dragging with hooks. After some time, cadaver dogs can sometimes alert from the shore near where the body lies under the water.
Jonathon Labonne: It could be anything from just grabbin! g it floating on the water to diving for the recovery under the surface.
