Ronald Moehr: You want to drink 8 glasses of water a day... Its not required but its a good guideline if you are physically active. Water shouldn't be the only thing that keeps you hydrated. Orange juice and milk are also an important factor in staying sufficiently hydrated.
Colby Millberg: You're probably drinking about the right amount of water. I'd like to say something here: Don't let yourself get dehydrated. I did that, and had to be rehydrated at the time I had some minor surgery a few years ago. And guess what? I did it again! So now I'm dehydrated and am going to rehydrate myseif (on my own). I don't know if it will even work Being hydrated doesn't feel good, so don't do that to yourself.
Alden Sabio: Yeah if u exercise frequently then u should drink 2 liters a day
