Dorine Nurre: Open the cheat bar and type in "Testingcheatsenabled true". Then shift click on the mailbox and choose the option about making your sim know everyone. Now go to the friends section and locate all the celebrities and make your self best friends with them.
Emilie Santmyer: I don't believe there is a cheat for this yet, but you can do many things to become a celebrity. The first thing you should do is get one of the careers (Film,Athletic,Music, and other careers may help less). Then you will gradually become a celebrity (especially if you aren't in Bridgeport).
