Home Theater HDMI Question?

Alexandria Popik: there is not any longer a super distinction. i think of my hdmi connection has a very darker (extra helpful) photograph in spite of the shown fact that that is not any longer so great to make say "Ah, look what i grow to be lacking). The sound is exactly an identical. The hdmi is extra common to hook up and remains related (consistently had problems with one terminal or the different on element hookup). So, this is extra helpful yet no longer by a vast volume.

Refugio Gastineau: At that price range you should have no trouble finding an A/V receiver that will have multiple HDMI inputs and 5.1 or 7.1 surround capability (I'm assuming you have speakers based on your question). prices for name brand receivers (e.g. Pioneer, Sony, Denon, Onkyo, Yamaha) start at about $200.If you need speakers too ... at that budget you are limited to what is called a "home theater in a box". I don't generally recommend them since quality tends to be low ... but for $300! it's really your only choice. See the links....Show more
