Keven Woodington: If you didn't know, if you order online, many phones have reduced prices or they are free. I have Verizon which is really good, but I would go with AT&T because it seems like a nice service provider and it has a good signal. The best smartphone in my opinion is the palm pixi, that is also on Verizon, which is free. It needs a $15 per month data plan if you want to pay that. I looked around on their website and I saw the samsung strive and it does not need a data plan and it seems like a good phone.
