Elden Bardach: Well, I think that you should decide if you really want to be homeschooled or not...I'm going into my Junior year and I started home schooling last year. I thought that I would really like it. I mean its nice because I can have my own schedule and stuff (I'm doing a cyber school) but I really miss seeing all of the people and hanging out with my friends. If you decide that you do still want to do it, talk to your mom about it. If she doesn't want to teach you herself then you could try a cyber school.I do mine through http://www.k12.com/Hope I helped :)...Show more
Lashawnda Anteby: Consider switching to a different school, b! ut not one which would take too long to commute to (unless you have a bus you can ride so it wouldn't inconvenience your family).
Aron Ramu: do not worry! work hard . you will surly suceed . home schooling is a good thing. jusy pay atation to your studies. do not waste your moms money. please do not pay towards those bad students. good luck *******************************************,,,,
Wilbert Shellgren: Well, the good news is that you can homeschool practically for free! By the time I was your age I was basically making up my own curriculum. All I needed was a library card (they're free!) to get book from the library like the classics, biographies, science, photography, art, languages, and so much more. For English I would write papers on everything and anything. Mostly the stuff I was reading from the library, but also things in the news on tv, in the newspaper, online, and magazines. I would just write, write, write! For math my mom and I needed a boo! k with a teacher's key so we used Saxon math. In my junior an! d senior years I took classes at the community college which may not be cheap per say, but it was cheaper per credit hour than the classes at the university I attend now and it was great to get some gen. ed. classes out of the way so I could focus on core classes once I started my four-year degree. Google "your city" and "homeschool groups" and see what pops up. Think about contacting some homeschool groups and finding homeschool families to talk to about your concerns. Homeschooling is not the easy way out, it takes hard work and self control but it if done right the rewards are definitely worth it! Good luck!...Show more
