Hans Sachetti: In ma. you need a title signed by your mom, take the plates to the reg. and get your money also you will have to let your insurance co. know that you sold the car,also get a slip from the reg. that you sold the car and take it to your town hall to the tax office so they will stop your tax on the car. hope this helps.
